Minecraft Festival is Coming to Orlando In September


Minecraft’s annual event started out as an event, but then shifted to streaming-only events in 2017 in a bid to keep the intimate atmosphere to draw a larger audience. MINECRAFT JAVA The event will now return to an in-person experience and has more information. The new name of the event Minecraft Festival will take place in Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center from September 25th to September 27th. Tickets are on sale starting March 6th at 12 PM Eastern. Mojang and Microsoft promise plenty of activities as well as hearing the most recent Minecraft news. Tickets are available beginning March 6th at 12PM Eastern.



Tickets start at $65 per day, and $165 per day for three days. All attendees will receive an in-game Minecraft Festival cap, which works with Java and Bedrock. There are incentives to spend more money, just like many conventions. A $225 Gold package gives you early access to exhibits, panels and the shop for those who purchase the $300 Diamond package also gain access to a special lounge, a private bag and coat check as well as an exclusive pin and lanyard.



This is a good thing if you miss the times of meeting creators and other fans. However, Microsoft is taking a risk with the coronavirus epidemic that is currently in progress. While September is seven months away as we write this, it’s still not certain the outbreak will be under control at that point. It’s likely that the Minecraft Festival will go ahead but you might need to be cautious when making plans for your life around it.
